Any reference to CRM, Enhanced Housekeeping, Work Orders and Asset Management, Reporter, and Stats will only be appropriate and active if the customer has purchased each of these modules.

Pervasive Version 9.52 or Higher Required
Version 2.040 was the last release for customers using Pervasive Version 8. All new features, bug fixes and enhancements will only be added to the RDPWin Version for Pervasive 9/10. Pervasive 8 customers can use this last release while planning the upgrade to Pervasive 9/10. It is highly recommended that Pervasive is upgraded as soon as possible, as it is required on all future updates.
Reservations
- Tape Chart | Make New Reservation | Maintenance Res
- The ability to make a new maintenance reservation has been added to the Tape Chart. Click and drag on the Tape Chart to access the Make a New Reservation screen. Select Maintenance from the Reservation Type drop-down, and click Continue to access the New Reservation screen to continue with the reservation process.
- Tape Chart | Configuration | Use Maid Zone Instead of Property Zone
- When checked, the Tape Chart is sorted by maid zone instead of property codes. Table MM must be populated to make this feature work (Table R2 is used for Property Codes). The Maid Zone on each room must also be entered.
Housekeeping
- Configuration | Miscellaneous Tab | Never mark Rooms Dirty During Night Audit/Day End

- Post Nightly Charges does not mark any rooms Dirty in hotel systems (DataHCS)
- Close Day does not mark any rooms Dirty for condo systems with or without direct check-out (DataCCS) and (DataVRS)
When not checked, rooms were marked Dirty during the Post Nightly Charges and Close Day processes.
IRM.net
- Configuration | Appearance Tab | Label Each Room With
- Designate how each room (or room type) is labeled in the availability list and on the room detail page (when not using the marking site URLs). Each room/type can be labeled with the room type, room number, both, or an alternate room name. Click the "Alternate Room Names" button to configure alternate room names. When a room does not have an alternate name, then the room number (or type for inventory reservations) is used.
This configuration can be used to specify an alternate name for every room or an override for just some. The first time this screen is accessed, the grid is initialized with all rooms and types. - Configuration | Appearance Tab | Detail Page Tabs
- The "View Details" link still displays the information from the room master (or Table W2 for inventory reservations) when the Show Room Details Using URL from Room Master checkbox is checked and there is an URL configured for the room or room type. When a customer already has room detail pages setup on their marketing website, IRM.net uses them.
When the Show Room Details Using URL from Room Master checkbox is NOT checked (or an URL is not configured for the selected room/type), the IRM.net will display the tabbed room detail page. Tabs are available for Details, Availability, and Rates. Select one of the tabs as the starting tab (tab in front) and use the Hide Tab checkboxes to display or not display tabs where appropriate. - Configuration | Appearance Tab | Room Details
- The Room Details tab displays the user-created HTML describing the room and any images of the room. These files reside in the IRMNet/UserHtml and IRMNet/Images/Rooms folders respectively. The naming convention for these files is the same as for the old IRM.
Note: RDPWin's demo files have a "marketing site URL" configured for each room. To see the tabbed Room Detail pages, uncheck the "Use room master URL" checkbox or remove the URL from some room masters. - Configuration | Appearance Tab | Availability
- The Availability tab displays the availability calendar for the selected room, the default (and maximum) show four months, but fewer months can be configured.
- Configuration | Appearance Tab | Number of Calendar Months
- Select how many months display on the availability calendar. Consider fewer months when the width of the page needs to be restricted to fit into a specific iframe size.
- Configuration | Appearance Tab | Rates
- The Rates tab shows a grid of applicable rates and with a detail breakdown of room charges, other charges, taxes.
