System Info
- Logon Screen (Version 2.023)
- From the System Info menu at the Start screen of RDPWin, click
to view the Pervasive version information. When the version is less than Pervasive 9, a warning is displayed at the Start screen. Contact RDPSupport at (970) 845-7108 to inquire about version differences and needs.
- System Messages in PDF
- System Messages can now be formatted as an Adobe PDF in addition to Microsoft Word documents. System Messages must be saved as Word Documents (.DOC) files and then converted to or saved as a PDF using Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard Edition to allow use of use tables and significantly reduce file size. For example, a Word document converted to PDF creates a file using only 99KB vs. an RTF file that uses 4MG (4,000KB). Save system message files with "System" as the prefix in the document name for easy identification.
Microsoft Office 2007 offers a FREE Adobe PDF Add-in for Access, Excel, InfoPath, OneNote, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio, and Word for all registered users. See Buy or Upgrade Adobe for details.
Reservations
- Denial Tracking (Module RW Denial Tracking Required) (Version 2.023)
- The Denial Tracking feature is now available in production mode.
- Denial Tracking Tab (Module RW Denial Tracking Required) (Version 2.023)
- Denial tracking tracks information when a new reservation is begun, a quote is made, and then guest decides not to book the reservation. When the user closes the New Reservation screen, a reason must be selected to describe why the guest did not book before fully cancelling the reservation request. When a quote is not made, users can close the New Reservation screen without entering the denial details. Reasons can be added when necessary based on the user's logon access fence levels.

- When checked, reservations can be made without using an e-mail address. When no e-mail address exists, no confirmation is sent via e-mail. The confirmation should be printed and mailed. When not checked, an e-mail address is required.

Wording for "Newsletters" Option in the Owner Menu
- Enter the text to replace the Newsletters option on the Owner menu. Up to 40 characters are allowed. The default text in the configuration is "Newsletters". When two lines/rows are needed, include <br> in the text. For example, "Owner Documents <br> and Minutes" displays as shown below:
