Overview

Select Add from the Masters | Rooms main menu, or click Add from the Room Masters Navigation page or Navigation. Assign a unique number (up to eight alphanumeric characters). Do not use spaces in the number for any of the masters, since reports do not sort properly if master numbers have spaces. Room # is the only mandatory field for adding a room master. The remaining are optional.

Tabs available when viewing the Add Room Master screen are: Room Detail, Preferences, Notes, Room, Bills, and Assets.

Print: When viewing the Change form in Activity Vendors, click the printer icon to print the screen as displayed (including the tab displayed and active).
