Owner Letter

Select an owner from the Analysis grid and click Letter from Options to display all letters available to owners. In the sample below, three separate owner email letters are configured. The number of selections depends on how many owner email letters are configured on the Reporter Configuration Confirmation Settings tab.

E-mail: Click the E-mail button to send the selected letter to the owner via e-mail.
Print: Click the Print button to access the Print Setup screen and send the letter to the selected printer.
Preview: Click the Preview button to open the Report Viewer with the selected letter displayed. Close the Viewer to continue.
