Any reference to CRM, Enhanced Housekeeping, Work Orders and Asset Management, Reporter, and Stats will only be appropriate and active if the customer has purchased each of these modules.
Revision 3.0.010.23 (Released 2/14/12)

System
- Menu Security | UI Security | Hide Toolbar
- Expand the UI Security from the Menu Security and enter a fence level to hide the toolbar. Users with power levels lower than the configured fence level of this option will not have access to the toolbar. The corresponding shortcut keys (i.e. F3 Find Res, F5 New Res, etc.) are not available to those users either. This feature is particularly useful if granting access to users that only need one menu option such as Reporter or Housekeeping, and do not need to view, change or make reservations.
- Switches | Default for "Hide Cancellations" on Find Res Screen (Switch 425-26)
- When set to Yes, the checkbox for Hide Cancellations at the bottom of the F3 Find Reservation screen is checked. Any reservation that is cancelled with a status of 9 will not display in the list when searching for reservations. This switch also affects the reservation list. The Hide Cancelled is checked by default if this switch is set to yes.
Night Audit / Day End
- Configuration | Forecast Tab | Count Negative Group Inventory in Blocks Not Picked-Up
- When selected, the group blocks with available nights less than zero will be counted in the forecast. This switch can also be accessed from the System menu --> Switches --> 421-11. When the Generate Forecast program is run, negative inventory or overbooked room types will be counted.
IRM.Net
- Configuration | Owners Tab | Hide Sharewith Reservations
- When selected, sharewith reservations do not display in the owner's list of reservations. List sharewiths can often be confusing for the owner, as they may think they have more reservations in their unit.
Group
- Rooming List | Add Sharewith Button
- Select the reservation from Rooming List and click the Add Sharewith button. This creates the sharewith reservation from this screen.
