Switches | Update Guest History When Reservation is Changed (Switch 425-20) (Version 3.0.004.02)

When set to Yes, this switch adds updated information to the guest history record when the reservation detail pertaining to the guest history is changed. A blank switch is equivalent to Yes.

UserConfig

Configurable E-Mail Text for Custom Room Help (Version 3.0.004.02)

Web Info Help screens have configurable text that can be sent in the body of the e-mail. By creating EmailHelp.txt and EmailHelp.htm files, the message can be standardized for all Web Info Help screens that are e-mailed. Both .txt and .htm files are needed in case readers cannot view html. This feature is available for Room# Web Info screens not Room# Info Screens.
