Reservations Made Today

Select Travel Services from the Reservations main menu to open the Reservations Made Today grid.  Reservations are sorted by reservation number with the newest reservation at the top; however, the grid can be sorted using the column headers.  The list automatically refreshes every 20 minutes, but click Refresh to refresh manually.

This is a non-modal form to allow the screen to be minimized and kept available for quick access.  The globe icon displays in the program list for easy identification.  Note that the first access to travel services takes a bit of time as the remote connection is established. Subsequent access is much faster, so our recommendation is to leave the screen running and minimized. To add travel services to a reservation made with RDP-DOS after the new reservation is made, double-click any reservation to open the Change Reservation screen and make any appropriate changes.  Once saved, click the Refresh button on the Reservations Made Today screen to update the grid.

Note:  Customers making reservations in RDPWin have the Travel Services buttons integrated on the reservation screens.  The Reservations Made Today screen is less necessary for RDPWin users.  Customers using RDP-DOS for reservations can use Travel Services.
