To change information, click Change from CRM Navigation, the CRM main menu, from the CRM Navigation page, or double-click a record in the List. When no guest is selected prior to accessing the Change screen, the Find screen opens to assist with selection. Make necessary changes and save when finished.
Tabs available when changing a CRM record are: Details (which offers Phone, E-mail,
Airlines, and
Points Summary tabs as well), Contacts, Room Preferences, Comments, Notes, Guest History, Custom Fields, and Points.
