Calendar Colors Can Now Be Modified

The standard colors on the IRM calendar can now be modified to use other colors !  The Owner calendar colors can also be modified to highlight Owner, Guest of Owner, Paying Guests and Maintenance reservations. Here are the new areas that can be modified.

How To Change Calendar Colors 

Update to IRM Revision 2-222. Click Here for details on how to activate Style sheets. This is a simple example of how to change the Calendar Legend, the background color for occupied rooms and the background color for vacant rooms.

1.  Choose  Start | Run | Notepad | File | Open and browse to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\irm\xxxx.css where xxxx.css represents your custom Style Sheet. 

2.  Scroll down to CalendarBackgroundVacant, in the example below, this area was changed to white. The CalendarBackgroundOccupied color was changed to the HTML color #8A94D9 and the CalendarColorKey was changed to Black.


 

   The resulting Calendar for Guests looks like this:

To Disable

Change the monitor settings to use RDP's default Style Sheet.
