IRM hangs when you click 'Log Out' or 'Make Another Reservation' on Confirmation page

Overview


If the IRM hangs on the Confirmation page when you click 'Log Out' or 'Make Another Reservation', the  Application Protection setting in the IRM Virtual Directory is not set to Low (IIS Process).   To verify and/or change this setting:

  1. Choose Start | Programs | Administrative Tools | Internet Services Manager.
  2. Expand the computer name.
  3. Expand Default Web Site.
  4. Right click on the IRM virtual directory and choose Properties.
  5. If the Application Protection is not set to Low (IIS Process), change it, click OK, and restart IIS by right clicking on the computer name and choosing Restart IIS.
