On some IRM Servers a browser would not be able to start the IRM. It would "span" or "hang" and not even produce an error message. Usually the browser could start the IRM the first time, but if the user selected "logout" and then restarted the IRM the "Hang" would occur.
RDP fixed this problem with IRM2-160. We suggest all customers update to this version.
