RDPWin Help Invalid Address in Vista

Issue:  When accessing RDPWin Help, you get a "Invalid Address" or "Navigation to webpage was cancelled" message.

Solution

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Go to Tools, then Internet Options and select the Security tab.
  3. Select Local Intranet, then click on Sites.
  4. Click on the Advanced tab and add a site called file://server (server is the name of the server on the property's network).
