Issue

As of October 2007, Microsoft offers a 64-bit version of Windows 2003/2008 Server.  RDPWin does not work with Windows Server 2003/2008 Standard 64-bit software. 

Solution

When customers upgrade servers, be sure to order with Windows Server 2003/2008 Standard 32-bit software.  RDP does not support the 64-bit version.  Microsoft's website offers a list of Important Considerations regarding their Windows XP Professional x64 Edition.
