Email Error - The directory name is invalid

Problem Overview

When creating a PDF document to attach to an email, RDPWin saves the PDF temporarily in the \RDP\TEMP\ folder.  If this folder does not exist, RDPWin will attempt to create it.  However, if security settings do not allow this, OR a file already exists with the name 'TEMP': 

Problem Solution

To correct this problem:

1) Verify that the following folder exists:  \RDP\TEMP\

2) Verify that everyone has full access (read/write capabilities) to this folder

3) If this folder does not exist, verify that a file named 'TEMP' does NOT exist

4) If a file named 'TEMP' does exist, delete this file and create a 'TEMP' folder
