Application Cannot Be Started - ClickOnce Error.rtf

Issue:  Error message Cannot Start Application is displayed.

Solution:

1.  Un-install RDPWin.
2. Open Windows Explorer --> Tools --> Folder Options --> View tab --> select Show Hidden Files & Folders and uncheck Hide Extensions for Known File Types --> Apply --> Apply to All Folders. 
3. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to:
   
   • Windows XP - C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Apps
   • Windows Vista and greater – C:\Users\<username>\Local Settings\Apps
4. Delete the 2.0 directory
5. Run the RDPWin setup program
