Rate Plan Patterns
Not Saving Correctly

Issue:  Rate plan pattern does not display the rate plans after the pattern has been saved (screen shot below):

Solution:  Delete the rplanset.dat file

1. Log into RDPWin -> System -> File Utilities -> Query builder
2. Run the following statement
3. Select * from Rplanset
4. In this query it shows the Rate Plan Set was saved with no rate plans are assigned.
   
5. Go into the RDPXX directory.
6. Find the file rplanset.dat - delete this file.
7. Recreate the Rate Plan Pattern and save.
