Credit Card Encryption Error

Issue:  When Logging into RDPWin you may receive the following error:

Critical Warning Critical credit card data is encrypted on your system but the data cannot be accessed. Credit card payments and refunds can still be processed but credit card data cannot be saved and data previously saved cannot be accessed.

Please contact RDP Support to resolve this problem. Status = 51 (Invalid Owner was specified for the encrypted CntCCard.dat file)

Solution: Ensure that all machines using RDPWin are mapped to same server name and folder, for example  \\RDPdata\rdpnt, and have the "Reconnect at login" checkbox checked.  Mapping some users differently causes the encryption error.
