Issue
Post Nightly Charges or viewing the House Status screen creates the following
error:

Solution
- If running Pervasive 9 or less, DO NOT RUN
THIS FIX.
- Customers Running Pervasive 9.52: Download the v9.52 update
for Windows Workgroup, Server and Client from
http://ww2.pervasive.com/Database/MaintenanceReleases/Pages/PervasivePSQLv9ServicePack2(95).aspx
Customers Running Pervasive 10: Download the Windows Server & Windows Client (32bit) 10.01 patches from
http://ww2.pervasive.com/Database/MaintenanceReleases/Pages/PervasivePSQLv1001Patch.aspx
- Save the file to c:\rdpnt\rdp\temp folder.
- All users must log out of RDPWin and RDP-DOS.
- Navigate to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Administrative Tools,
Services on the RDP data server.
- Right-click on the Pervasive.SQL
(transactional and relational or work group) engine and select Stop.
- .Open up window explorer on the data server.
- Navigate to c:\rdpnt\rdp\temp.
- Double-click on the PSQLv10Patch_Server_x86.msp.
- Follow the installation
instructions.
- Reboot the data server.
- Open windows explorer on EACH
workstation.
- Go to the RDP mapped drive f:\rdp\temp.
- Double-click on
PSQLv10Patch_Client_x86.msp.
- Follow the installation instructions.
- Reboot the workstation.
- Start RDPWin and verify that you can login.
