Issue

Hotel Customers may get "Skip: Res in use by another user" during Review Nightly Posting.

This happens when the auditor goes to post room and tax and an in-house reservation is being changed/modified by a RDP user at a different workstation. Room and tax will not be posted to this reservation until the user exits the reservation.

Solution

The auditor must run the Bucket Check again to confirm the reservation has been released so room and tax can post successfully to the reservation.  When the auditor ignores the problems with these rooms, room and tax will NOT be posted for these rooms.
