Issue
Customer receives Stat 35 error message when trying to access RDPWin.
Access to RDP-DOS is not affected and does not issue the error message.
Solution:
Pervasive error message as it reads from the Pervasive website: Either a Get Directory operation specified a drive that does not exist, or a Set
Directory operation specified an invalid pathname. Check the validity of both
the drive and the pathname.
A text file named RDPWinpath.txt exists on each RDP client workstation in the
c:\program
files\resortdataprocessing\rdpwin folder. Confirm the path to the rdp
data directory is correct.
