Protobase - 0003 Communications Error

Issue:  Consistent 0003 Communications Errors from Protobase when processing payments or refunds.

Solution:

1.  Stop CC Engine
2.  Delete *.001 files from the PBGATE directory. This directory will be in the main Protobase directory, which may be C:\SDC\PBASE or F:\RDP\PB, depending on how the property has it set up.
3.  Start CC Engine
