can be updated to match customers' marketing sites. Note that the c:\ is
actually the IRM server name for practical use. This sample shows where
customized pages such as HEADER, LOGON, FOOTER display and are available for
customization.
In this case, the RDP header displays as well as the name of the file
referencing it. and the same with the Login section and the footer section.

Customize for IRM.Net Reservations
The IRM.Net can be customized by property with regard to the screens that all
guests view from the Internet.
The pages that can be customized can easily be viewed using the IRM.Net
Monitor's See Res File Names.
Follow steps shown above in IRM.Net Monitor to view HTML customizable pages
for reservations. The screen where dates and preferences are set which
allows for Availability to be searched is shown below as an example. Each
link indicated by the red arrows can be customized.

Since the IRM.Net is ever-changing, the list of customizable files for guest
reservations is long. A few samples are listed below to use as a
reference. Use the IRM.Net Monitor - See Res File Names to view all
screens to identify all files that can be customized.

Rate Plan Specific Cancellation Policy Text
Rate Plans can have cancellation policy text display on the IRM.Net that is
specific to the rate. For example, a holiday rate may have a different
cancellation policy than the standard rate, and may require more advance notice
in order to cancel. Creating a htm file to notify the guests of this can be
created on the IRM.Net server. These files should reside in c:\inetpub\wwwroot\IRMNet\Custom\...\UserText\RatePlans\XXXX_CancellationPolicy.htm
replacing the XXXX with the 4-character rate plan. The "Agree to
Cancellation Policies" checkbox must enabled from the Reservation Tab in the
IRM.Net Configuration for this feature to be active
