Stat 51 File 117 on IRM

Issue:  Error Stat 51 on file 117 from the StartUp.asp page on IRM Classic.  This can be caused by a forward slash (/) instead of a backslash (\) in the IRM link for the data path.  The IRM sub domain will use forward slashes. If directing it to a specific resort or search criteria, the data path will need backslashes. 

Solution

Change the link to use backlashes for the data path.

 Example of a correct link: http://yourresort.com/irm/default.asp?IRMpath=\\rdpdata\RDPNT\RDP&IRMResort=02&country=02
