Cannot Run this Program in MS-DOS Mode

Added 11/30/2000 - Article ID# KC00002 - Version - 12.02 and Higher

Check the following icon setting when the error below is encountered while launching the RDP Reporter using the <F8> key.

"Cannot run this program in MS-DOS" mode"

From the Windows 95/98 desktop, right-click the RDP icon and select "Properties".
Select the "Program" tab, and click the "Advanced" button.
Be sure the setting for "Prevent MS-DOS programs from detecting Windows" is NOT checked.
