F6 Notes on Reservation to Include Guest History Notes

When viewing a reservation it is now possible to display the <F6-Note> from any of the following:

Reservation Note
Guest History Note
Group Leader Note
Group Master Note

For example, assume you have a group with 20 reservations, and you wish to notify each group member at check-in that there is a party at 8:00PM. Rather than put this note on all 20 reservations, the note can be placed on the group master or the group leader ONE TIME, yet it can be displayed at check-in for all 20 reservations.

To Enable

Make sure to get the current RDP update. Then set the system switches as below. Switches are found on menu 98.

423-10	Auto Pop-up individual notes during check-in	Yes
423-15	Auto Pop-up individual notes during check-out	Yes

To Disable

System Manger Switch 424-10 to No.
