Warning on tape chart when room type is changing on room move

When moving a reservation with the tape chart, if the room type is changed there is now a warning. This can be useful, since room types have different rates. When moving from one room type to another, the system will also prompt to "keep old rate or calculate a new rate for the new unit type".

To Enable

Update to the most current revision of Version 12.02.

To Disable

This feature is active in all Version 12.02 systems.
