The Goal of this presentation is to give the user a general
overview of the Enhanced Housekeeping Module and teach the many features
available through this module.

Introduction
- Review common “Questions to ask prior to Configuring Housekeeping”.
- Review Glosser of Terms:
- Housekeeping Board: A report with a
schedule of rooms to clean. One individual or a team can clean from one
board.
- Clean Status: The current condition of a room (i.e., Clean,
Dirty, Inspect).
- Service Type: Types of cleaning services performed at your
property (i.e., Daily, Checkout, Midweek).
- Clean Patterns: A pattern of service types that may be assigned to room
types/numbers or reservation types (i.e., Midweek Service Only).
- Recurring Clean: A periodic clean service performed at a property
(i.e., flipping mattresses, carpet cleaning).
- Clean Status:
- Clean = “ “ (Blank)
- Dirty = “D”
- Tidy = “T”
- Inspect = “I”
Creating Boards
- Manually Move Cleans between Boards.
