  • Thank you for attending the 2007 RDP Customer Conference. 
 

 

Badges

  • Each registered conference attendee receives a badge displaying their name and company. 

  • This badge serves as your pass into all RDP activities and is required for entry into the sessions, computer lab, reception, banquet, and BBQ.

 

 

No Smoking

RDP is a non-smoking company.  There is no smoking: 
  • In the conference sessions.
  • In the Lab.
  • At the cocktail party or dinner.
  • At RDP offices.
  • All smoking must take place outside in hotel designated areas.
 

Turn Off Cell Phones

Please turn off all cell phones and pagers: 
  • While in the conference sessions.
  • At the reception and dinner Monday night.
  • During your one-on-one sessions.
All Sessions Start on Time
  • All sessions will start on time.  
  • Late entry will distract the sessions.
 

Questions OK

  • Questions are OK.  If we start to run out of time, questions may be limited.  
  • Use the computer lab or talk to RDP personnel privately for help.
 

 

 

Computer Lab 

The computer lab is very valuable.  Experiment with:
  • RDPWin Version 2 - Windows-based software.
  • RDP-DOS. 
  • Crystal Reports Version XI.
  • Internet Reservation Module and the new IRM.Net.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Change Tracking.
  • Denial Tracking.
  • RDP personnel are available for questions.
  • Lab cannot be used for checking e-mail or web surfing
  • The computer lab is next door to conference sessions.
  • No personal Email on Internet Use from Lab Computers
  • Free Wireless for Laptops in Computer Lab Area
Personal Consulting Sessions
  • One hour for each person who stayed at the Cascade
  • Consultation times are assigned. Any RDP employee in the Lab can help you find out your timeslot.
Reception 
&
 Dinner
  • Cocktails from 6:00 to 7:30 - hosted by RDP.
  • Dinner starts at 7:30 - hosted by RDP.
  • Band will be playing at Cocktails and after dinner
  • Late night you are on your own, but stay out of the Vail Fountain!
BBQ at
RDP offices
  • BBQ hosted by RDP Thursday afternoon.
  • How many people will attend?
  • Transportation to the BBQ is available at the end of the 11:00 a.m. session on Thursday.
Personal
Attention
  • The best benefit of conference is personal attention from RDP's experienced personnel.
  • Access to programmers, support, and top management.
  • Seek us out in the Lab, the hallway, at dinner, the BBQ, etc.  All RDP personnel are wearing distinctive name tags.

Change Tracking Available

It can be useful to see how data looked prior to changes.  For example, a reservation may have an arrival date of 9/1/2009 now, but has date ever been changed?  If so, what was it before?  Has it been changed more than once?  Which user(s) made the change and when?  If the date change caused a rate change, what was the rate before?  To answer these questions and many more, RDP announces RDPWin change tracking.  Features include:
